藥劑特點(diǎn)：該產(chǎn)品具有優(yōu)異的防銹性和潤滑性，泡沫低且具有良好的硬水適應(yīng)能力，最高可抗1000PPM的硬水。
使用方法：
①推薦使用濃度：原液與水按1:20使用。
②使用（更換）新液時(shí)，應(yīng)先將貯液箱（槽）及機(jī)床工作臺(tái)、裝夾具、鐵屑及污物清洗干凈。
③槽液的補(bǔ)充：當(dāng)槽液需要補(bǔ)充時(shí)，加水的同時(shí)加入相應(yīng)比例的本品原液，保持必須的濃度。
④工作液應(yīng)保持清潔和通風(fēng)，及時(shí)清除金屬屑和浮油等雜質(zhì)。
⑤禁止與其他品牌切削液混用。
包裝貯存：
本品應(yīng)貯存于干燥、陰涼通風(fēng)庫房內(nèi)，貯運(yùn)過程中應(yīng)避免日曬、雨淋。18L/桶、200L/桶或根據(jù)客戶需求。

Product Features：
◇SGR2322 is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid, semi-transparent liquid after mixing with water, suitable for the processing of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron and other most ferrous metals.
◇SGR2322 has good anti-rust, lubricating and cooling properties for ferrous metals, excellent machining performance, and can effectively extend the corrosion inhibition time between processes under complex working conditions.
◇SGR2322 can effectively extend the service life of the tool and ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece surface.
◇SGR2322 has low odor and good corrosion resistance, and the product has a relatively long service life.

Range of application
◇SGR2322 is suitable for cutting, cutting, drilling, milling and other processing methods of the vast majority of black metals, and has good rust prevention and lubricity.
Application method
◇After cleaning the liquid tank and the machine tool, the SGR2322 is mixed with water in a certain proportion according to the on-site process requirements; the prepared working liquid is added into the liquid tank, punched out with a pump and sprayed at the cutting part of the workpiece.
Engineer suggestion
◇Please clean the the liquid tank and the machine tool before the first use of the product . It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working liquid.
◇It is strictly prohibited to use groundwater, too soft and hard water quality, please contact our company in advance to obtain technical support.
◇The cutting fluid system should have a good aluminum scrap and impurity separation system to keep the working fluid pure and clean.
◇It is strictly forbidden to mix with other grades of cutting fluid to maintain its excellent characteristics.
Storage/Transportation/Package
◇It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent sun exposure, rain and impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.
◇Use proper loading and unloading tools to avoid damage to the package.
◇Cover with tarpaulin during transportation to prevent direct sunlight.
◇Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
◇Specification: 20kg or 200kg.
